 Service Call                                    $70.00 minimum charge

Repair Estimate for up to ½ hour in the home.

This means from 1 minute to 30 minutes on the job.

Each Additional 15 minutes          $16.25

Including return trips to complete job.

Example:  If service tech works 31 minutes to 45 minutes, total labor would be $86.25

Each Additional Technician         $40.00 per hour

Charged If a 2nd person is used on the job.

 Mileage                                             $  .75 per mile/round trip

If less than 10 miles from the store there is no charge.

Mileage is calculated from the store to the customer’s home and the return trip to the store.

Example: If customer lives 15 miles from the store, there is a charge for mileage to customer’s home and the return trip to the store:

15 miles to + 15 miles return = 30 miles total x .75 per mile = $22.50

The cost of mileage charges between 2 customers in the same area can be split.

 In-Shop Labor                                $40.00 minimum charge

Repair Estimate for up to ½ hour in the shop.

 Each Additional 15 minutes           $16.25   ($65/hour)

 Example:  If service tech works 31 minutes to 45 minutes, total labor would be $56.25

Satellite Receiver repair                  $20.00 minimum charge

 Drop-off Delivery - Local                   No Charge

No unboxing, no steps, delivered to garage or carport.

 Drop-off Delivery - Non-local            Mileage Charge

No unboxing, no steps, delivered to garage or carport.

Delivery and Set-up - Local               $25.00 per item

for 2-person delivery:                             $50.00 per item

Includes unboxing, setting into place and plugging into electrical.

Gas hook up or built-in appliance installation are an extra charge.

 Delivery and Set-up - Non-local         $25.00 per item + mileage

Includes unboxing, setting into place and plugging into electrical.

Gas hook up, or installation of a built-in appliance is an extra charge.

 Each Additional Deliv. Person           $30.00 per hour

Charged If a 2nd person is used on the job.

For items like SxS Refrigerators or Front Load Washers

Dishwasher Install                                $100.00

For change-out and hauling away old dishwasher.

Any extra parts will cost more

Refrigeration Disposal                           $35.00

Pick up in an extra charge.
